As our products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect colour selection, or if you simply decide you no longer want the item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order on am.craftcreations1@outlook.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once assessed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange to have the correct item sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.

Personalised & Custom Orders

Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or an error has been made by AM Craft Creation.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless otherwise agreed.
