We specialise in handmade products, including lanyards, pens, badge reels, keychains, gift items, vinyl decals and bundle collections.
As each item is handmade:
- Colours, patterns and bead placement may vary slightly from product photos.
- We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device.
- Small variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice.
5. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:
- Payment cannot be processed.
- Product stock becomes unavailable.
- Incorrect pricing or product information has been published due to an error.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
6. Personalised Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring all names, wording, colours and personalisation details submitted are accurate.
AM Craft Creation is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
7. Shipping
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post, courier delays, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the shipping provider. We will gladly assist where possible with tracking enquiries.
8. Returns & Refunds

9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, logos, product descriptions, graphics and branding, is the property of AM Craft Creation and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
